The location was perfect! A tube station is just blocks away. The hotel provides a very central access point. The hotel presents a modern, stylish, mid-century vibe. The staff members were friendly and quite helpful. They promptly delivered our items. The room had several electronic features, including adjustable lights and a warming bathroom floor.

The room was comfortable. Though I felt it was slightly small relative to its cost.

comfortable bed good breakfast odd drink lacking atmosphere

the beds were very comfortable i found a good choice for breakfast. the hotel seemed quiet exactly what i wanted after an evening at a show.

the welcome drink before we got to our room felt odd it seemed unusual. the restaurant and bar lacked atmosphere there were not many other guests.

I had a blast. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions. the room was super clean. I mean really clean. i appreciated the nespresso machine. It made my mornings so much better!

The wardrobe in my room was tricky to open. A design tweak would make it perfect.
